RESOLUTION

On formation of the legal framework for the customs union within the Eurasian Economic Community

The Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community (at the level of Heads of State)

resolved:

1. To take note of the Report “On establishment of the legal framework for the customs union” (enclosed hereto).

2. To accept the Protocol on Introducing Amendments to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community of October 10, 2000 (enclosed hereto).

3. The EurAsEC member states shall take all necessary measures to expedite fulfillment of the internal procedures necessary for bringing into effect the Protocol specified in paragraph 2 hereof.

4. To continue elaboration of the legal framework for the common economic space and report the results at the next regular meeting of the Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community (at the level of Heads of State).
