RESOLUTION

On the Approval of Declaration Entitled

“Ten Simple Steps towards Ordinary People”

The Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Russian Federation decided to:

1. approve the Declaration entitled “Ten Simple Steps towards Ordinary People” (attached);

2. instruct the Integration Committee, in cooperation with the governments of the Parties, to draft treaties ensuring the implementation of provisions of the said Declaration, and to submit the draft treaties for consideration at a regular meeting of the Council of Heads of Governments of the Interstate Council.
